Sleeps 4 (+2, one of the sofas in the lounge is a sofa-bed) – Charges from £550 per week low season to £1,130 per week summer season for 2024 based on a 4 person occupancy, additional occupancy charged at £50 per person per week.

Ground floor: Kitchen (with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave) and open plan lounge with log burner, Freeview TV and DVD player, and dining area
First floor: Main bedroom (double bed), second bedroom (2 x full singles set up as bunks), bathroom with full bath and shower
Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage
We are also happy to welcome dogs to the cottage (a maximum of two per cottage is allowed; an additional charge applies).
Shorter stays are available outside the school holidays (with a 3 night minimum). Long weekends (3 nights) are charged at 75% of the weekly rate.

Stair gates, baby chairs and cots are available on request for our younger visitors. A full list of baby items can be viewed as booking extras when you book. We do charge a rental for some of the items. Sheets are provided for the cots but visitors should bring additional bedding needed for small children. The kitchens are stocked with plastic plates, bowls, cups and cutlery.
The advertised rates cover a 4 person occupancy of the cottage. Additional occupancy is charged at £50 per person per week or £10 per person per night for shorter stays.
To secure a booking we ask for a 25% deposit. Payment can be made by bank transfer (details will be provided in an e-mail, sent following receipt of your e-mail booking request) or cheque. The remainder of the rent is due 28 days prior to arrival at the latest and again can be made by bank transfer or cheque. Full Terms and Conditions are available below.

Clicking on a start and end date for your stay (our changeover days are Fridays and Mondays out of school holidays and Fridays only during school holidays) will provide a rental charge and allow you to fill in a booking form if you would like to proceed. We will then confirm availability and rental charges in a return e-mail along with details regarding payment of the deposit required to secure your stay.

Please note that Winterton Cottage has a capacity of 6 guests (4+2) but is a 2 bedroom cottage with a double bed in the main bedroom, two full singles set up as bunks in the second bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge.
